What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Your email address (used for login and account recovery)
• Your alert configurations (indicator type, pair, timeframe, conditions)
• Alert trigger history (when your alerts fired and what values were seen)
• Subscription status (free or Pro)

What We Do Not Collect

• Wallet addresses or blockchain data
• Trading history or portfolio balances
• Financial account information
• Device location
• Any data beyond what is listed above

How We Use Your Data

• To evaluate your alerts against live market data and send notifications
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To display your alert history in the app
• To manage your subscription

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on a private VPS server. Alert configurations and history are stored in a PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device token is stored to deliver alerts. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings or the app Settings page.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Alert history older than 90 days may be automatically pruned.

Third-Party Services

ProDesks fetches market data from public exchange APIs to evaluate your alerts. No personal information is shared with these data sources. Payment processing (when applicable) is handled by our payment provider and is subject to their privacy policy.

Your Rights

• You can export your alert configurations at any time from the app
• You can delete your account by contacting us
• You can request a copy of any data we hold about you
