ProDesks is a technical alert tool. Nothing on this platform — including alerts, indicator values, signals, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All trading decisions are yours alone. You are solely responsible for the financial outcomes of your trades.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Uptime

We make no guarantee that:

• Alerts will fire at exactly the right time
• Indicator calculations will be error-free in all market conditions
• The service will be available 100% of the time
• Notifications will be delivered to your device without delay

Market data is sourced from third-party exchange APIs. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or delays in that data. Do not rely on ProDesks as your sole risk management tool.

3. Acceptable Use

By using ProDesks, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Create accounts for automated or bulk purposes without permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

4. Subscription and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or annually ($39.99/yr)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to your registered email

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProDesks and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, missed trading opportunities, or damages arising from the use or inability to use this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
